Clayko has launched a new dedicated Microsoft SharePoint Managed Service for 2014 to better service new and existing SharePoint users.

"In the second half of 2013, Clayko reassessed what it meant to be a SharePoint service provider" says Clayton Dorrington, Manager of Special Projects at Clayko.

"Our customers told us the 'Big Bang' project based approach that the industry pushes doesn't work.  It costs too much and client's just can't spare the time"

In response, Clayko launched their SharePoint Managed Services.

Clayko's SharePoint Managed Service offers customers access to their 100 strong SharePoint team.  For a fixed monthly cost, clients are offered a set number of hours that can be used for SharePoint maintenance or development.  Additional professional services can be engaged as needed.

Clayko offers several packages which vary according to the level of support their customers require.  Thier service is back by Service Level Objectives and customers have real-time access to performance through a customer portal.

Mr Dorrington adds "It is important for us to be 100% transparent in our activities, how long it takes us to respond, what our effort has been.  That is why we established Clayko Assistance, so our clients can monitor us, just as closely as we monitor their SharePoint environment"

Clayko's SharePoint Managed Services are available from January 2014 and are offered throughout Australia.
